Waste Bin Axles, Wheels & Handle Rods

We have supplied bin hardware to waste-container and tool-cart manufacturers for many years. Because we make the axles, wheels and rods ourselves — turning, forming, welding, plating — the whole kit arrives from one factory with one finish standard.

Axles

Center axles for two-wheel bins, made on our precision lathes and sized to your hub and lid-link geometry. Straightness is checked 100% before plating — a bent axle is the most common field complaint, and the easiest to prevent.

Wheels

Rubber or TPR wheels bonded to steel or plastic hubs, with bore and hub width matched to our axles for a free-rolling fit. Quiet on pavement, tough on curbs.

Wheel & Axle Sets

Order wheels and axles as a matched set and eliminate fit-up problems at your assembly line. Kits can be bagged per bin for direct line-side delivery.

Handle Rods & More

Bent and zinc-plated handle rods, lid pins and mounting hardware — bent on our CNC tube benders and pull-tested before packing. We ship full containers worldwide on a schedule your production can plan around.

Packing, Kitting and Line-Side Delivery

Bin hardware is usually ordered in matched sets, so we pack it that way: axles, wheels and clips bagged per bin, cartons labelled with your part number, then palletised for the container. If your assembly line works best with one bag per unit, say so at the quoting stage — it costs almost nothing to set up and saves handling at your end.
